Sleep has a bigger prescription than you might think. It is up to all of us to have a beautiful, healthy and peaceful sleeping process. Insufficient sleep leads to weakening of our immune system. Even a few hours of sleep will cause our fighter cells to fight against the bacteria and viruses that make up the building blocks of our immune system. Insufficient sleep makes it difficult to fight even diseases such as colds and flu. The situation is the same for our children. A child's immune system is not sufficiently advanced. An underdeveloped child with too little immune system weakens his or her immune system. Short-term sleep problems even affect our everyday life in the negative direction, causing the strase.

Insomnia reduces our productivity. According to a study in the United States, children with a regular sleeping system concentrate more easily, perform their assigned tasks, and come up with minor problems. Children who can not sleep as much as they need to do mental operations, make logical conclusions, and find it very difficult to solve mathematical operations. Children experiencing sleep problems also experience social problems in their friends' surroundings.

Growth hormones act when children are asleep. Children with chronic sleep disturbances (especially those with asthma and sleep apnea) have been found to slow down. It has been found that children with sleep problems have difficulties in falling asleep, afraid of sleeping, waking up often at night, and unable to fall into a deep sleep. Growth and development are also positively impacted by the pressure on children who are put under pressure by their families.

According to experts, on the days when we can not sleep as much as we can, we owe the next day about sleep. If we can not pay this debt in the days following the day we can not sleep, our debt will multiply until we get our sleep as much as we need. As this debt grows, we feel more sleepy, tired and sluggish. If our debt to sleep has reached a very high rate for a week, we will be able to make up for the damage that the hours we have not been able to sleep during the week are very difficult, even if we spend the weekend sleeping. If the parents can place a nice schedule on the whole family's admission and departure times, the teenagers in adolescence will also have no trouble sleeping.

It is known that some young people during adolescence sit up late at night and often wake up during sleep. The longer these borrowers sleep disordered sleep disorder , the more power is paid. It has also been determined that young people who have lived very late and who have become habitual to stay at midnight will never be paid the sleeping debt. What can be the result of this?

A study in the United States has shown that sleeping disordered young people are more likely to fall asleep during the day, unable to attract attention, longer response times, reduced ability to think and interpret, slower mental activities, impaired emotional states, and greater risk of accidents and injuries.
