As the amount of moisture in the winter shows a great decrease (down to 60%), your skin is beginning to lose the amount of moisture it needs. You feel your skin begins to shrink; your hands get tense, your face hardens, your feet creak, your arms and legs pale and you feel a little relaxed under a warm showdown.

In this case, is the way to cope with the skin problems in the winter is long and hot showers? This trap is one of the questions. Contrary to what you might think, you should keep your showers short in the winter and shower in warm water, not hot.

Here are a few suggestions to help you deal with your skin problems in the winter:
• Use natural soaps (not deodorants or perfumes) or gels to protect your skin oils.
• After a short shower (5 to 10 minutes), wait for your self-esteem. Drying with a towel causes an even dryer skin to appear before the shower.
• Immediately after the shower moisten your body and repeat it day after day. The best moisturizers are ointments such as petrolatum or vegetable oils. Baby oils and mineral oils are also effective moisturizers. Lotions with the least effect are the lotions.
• Always use a sun cream for your face. You can also apply lip balm or vaseline to your lips. In winter, you may need a more intense blossom than the sunscreen you use in the summer.
• You can protect your hands by moistening after each wash and wearing plastic gloves when pouring under water.
• Electric blankets reduce the skin's moisture, so try to warm up in more natural ways. Stay away from wooly and rough fabrics that will irritate your skin.
• In winter the sun continues to shine. Especially when snowing, 80% of harmful sunlight is reflected and this even leads to risk of burning in higher sections. Use a sunscreen with at least 30 factors to protect you from UVA and UVB rays. For those engaged in mountain sports, snow masks and snow glasses will be very effective against frost from wind and cold.
