Simple Ways to Have Healthy Skin

Who would not want to be a lucid, lively skin? Apply your suggestions to keep your skin healthy and young as well as cosmetic products.

1-Do not wash your skin with hot water. Limit your shower to 10 minutes, especially if you prefer warm water while taking a shower.

2-Take care of skin cleansing. Ensure that your pores are opened by peeling and skin care at certain intervals.

3. Moisten your skin every day with a moisturizer suitable for your skin type.

4. Protect your skin from the sun's rays, regardless of the season. Do not go out without a minimum of 15 factor protective creams.
