Drowning is the  cause of the body's toxic structure, which blocks the routine functions of the body. Any foreign substance that enters the body is considered to be toxic since it will adversely affect the vital activities of the creature. The poisoning event occurs in the form of inhalation, feeding or contact with the skin. If we examine the poisoning phenomenon in detail, we will split it into three arms. These;

By way of digestion:  This form of poisoning comes into our daily lives with foods that we can consume in our homes or in the garden. Examples of these foods are poisonous mushrooms, bad foods (usually past due), medicines and excessive alcohol consumption. And it should also be noted that this is the most important thing. Because it is the most common type of poisoning today.

By Respiration:  It is the type of poisoning that takes place when the toxic substance that is foreign to the body is included in the body via the respiratory or oxygen mixture. Gas, which we know as carbon dioxide (oxygen scavenged after the use of the body), is nowadays rarely used, but the methane gas, which is known as explosive gas, is a gas leak, a gas leak (shown among the most dangerous ones), butane gas (C4H10), a water heater, chlorine used in the cleaning of pools, adhesives and cleaning materials we use frequently at home are among the reasons of this poisoning.

By Skin: In  this type of poisoning, the organism is directly exposed to the toxic substance. Generally, insect infusions (Allergy incident to the centipede in the coma), contact with vines, drug injection, etc., will suffice as a main example.

Symptoms of poisoning:  If the symptoms of poisoning are mentioned, the symptoms will be different, depending on the type. If we were to explain it like this;
Examples of disorders of the digestive system are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain which is the most complainant.
In respiratory system disorders, shortness of breath, persistent breathing in progressive states, bruising caused by oxygen deficiency
In circulatory system disorders, heart failure or even heart failure. And therefore the loss of life.
If the nervous system disorders are not progressing much in our country today, it is diagnosed by devices such as electroencephalography and electromyography which are used in the field of electro-nephysiology. These symptoms include loss of consciousness, discomfort, remorse, mismatches in movements and sleep disturbances.
First Intervention:
To poison by respiration; the environment in which the patient is located is ventilated. The poisoner is half seated, ie ninety degrees. If the conscience is turned off, medical assistance should be requested by giving a coma position. To protect respiration, a mask or a wet cloth, usually used in infected patients, should be used.
If poisoned by digestion: consciousness control is required first. If the toxic substance is contaminated by oral route, the mouth should be rinsed with water. If it is contaminated by hand, it should be washed with soap and chemical solution for sixty seconds by hand hygienic hand washing method. The findings of life are evaluated. Especially if the poisoning chemical is flammable, the patient should never be vomited. The emergency response team is notified. And as far as the team is concerned, the necessary information must be collected.
To poison by skin; first the life findings are evaluated. The patient's hands should be prevented from contact with toxic substances. Zehi-infected clothes should be removed from the patient and herk should be kept away. It should be digested in the skin pores for at least twenty minutes and washed with plenty of water. Medical assistance should be requested.
